I stayed in this hotel for 12 days and experienced almost all types of rooms in this hotel. Everything was excellent and unique. The cleanliness of the rooms was perhaps the biggest advantage of this hotel. It is the best option for a long stay in Yerevan.

Overall, it is a good hotel with great value for money. The rooms are very clean, and the staff is friendly. It is undoubtedly the best option for a long stay in Yerevan. However, the windows are not well soundproofed, and the frequent noise of cars inside the room can be a bit annoying.

Le personnel a été très aimable, sympathique et serviable. En revanche, de nombreux équipements hors service rendent le séjour très inconfortable : il fait 27°C dans les chambres, la nuit, en mars-avril, car ils ont tendance à surchauffer l’hôtel et qu’il n’y a pas de climatisation de refroidissement. En outre, le système d’ouverture des fenêtres dans plusieurs chambres est défectueux, ce qui fait qu’il est impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres de manière à aérer et refroidir efficacement la chambre. Aussi, la moitié des chambres donne sur une avenue très bruyante, vous laissant le choix entre ne pas dormir à cause de la chaleur ou du bruit… Par ailleurs, le petit déjeuner est de très mauvaise qualité. Je vous conseille d’aller aux différents lieux de restauration proches de l’hôtel.

We had a very pleasant stay at Sphera Hotel. The rooms were super clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming – they really made us feel comfortable. The location is great, and everything felt well-maintained. One small downside was the breakfast buffet, which could be improved. It didn’t quite match the expectations set by the photos and ads, but it was still okay. Overall, great value for money and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Decent hotel for the good deal I got on hotels.com. New hotel. Decent gym to get a workout in. Hotel is not in the city center but you can use GG ride share app and get there in less than 10 minutes for only $2-$3. For a 4 star hotel rooms could use a bit nicer soaps and maybe add some cream, etc. staff was helpful. My one complaint would definitely be the restaurant. Very limited fold options and not the best quality. Breakfast also limited and not great. Armenia has great food, but I wouldn’t recommend the hotel food. If you must eat at the hotel you are better off ordering from the food delivery app Glovo. I would stay again for the right price.

Strange reception, they asked my guest for passport instead of calling me on non-working phone (I told them trice) but they didn’t ask food delivery and let the guy come up (no room service or a coffeeshop)

It is nice and super clean hotel.

This hotel and the room were Super Clean. Wonderful and new condition. Modern bathroom, comfortable bed. There was no fridge to keep food, but there were different types of alcohol and drink in the bar bridge. The only issue that I faced was during the Check-in time, and it took more than one hour until I could go to my room. After a trip and being so tried, it would be great if it was well-organized. All the guests didn't care about priority, and the reception was alone with lots of inquiries.
