「Check-in was terrible. They forgot to send the instructions via WhatsApp, and my friends weren’t sure if it was a scam or not. They ended up walking around for an hour without internet. Eventually, they were able to contact the host with help from someone who had a nearby store, and she called the host for them. It was really frustrating for my friends.」

「The staff is wonderful and incredibly accommodating. The owner really went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. The rooms are clean. The only drawback is that the building, furniture, and decor are dated. The beds are a bit uncomfortable, but are sleepable. In general, this hotel is a great option. It's close to the train and metro stations. Plenty of shopping and good restaurants nearby, and the Lusik Aguletsi Museum is a short walk away.」

「Hotel in good location, just a short distance from all sightseeing spots in the city. Excellent hospitality. Room is spacious and cosy. However, there was a hot water issue in the bathroom during our stay. Hot water supply in the family room was not steady and would go out very quickly after turning on for a minute or two. Could not be fixed during our stay even the hotel had looked into the problem. The wifi signal was weak in the bedroom area of the deluxe room.」

「The room was cleaned on the next day. The water shower is on and off, sometimes it got shutoff by itself. No elevator. We stayed on the 3rd floor.」

「This hotel is conveniently located near everything. The breakfast is not exceptional, but it’s adequate. My only complaint is the loudness of the staff, especially in the afternoon when guests are resting. Considering the hotel’s small size, they should be more mindful of their noise level and communicate quietly. 」
