Farmhouse in Yèvre-le-Châtel with Heated Pool

Enjoy plenty of peace and privacy from this traditional farmhouse with no neighbours. The house with a rural location was renovated between 2010 and 2015 and it comfortably accommodates a couple. In the region surrounding the holiday home, you can enjoy hiking, for example through the nearby forest. A visit to the authentic Forteresse Médiévale de Yèvre-le-Châtel is also worthwhile. The holiday home offers a nice view of the swimming pool and you can prepare your favourite dishes in the kitchen. The pool can be heated to 26 degrees in summer and you can start the day relaxed with a dip. Enjoy the peace from the terrace, in the sun on deck chairs or in the shade under the parasol. Parking is allowed outdoors, not in the courtyard garden. For safety reasons, families with young children are kindly requested to be mindful of the presence of the swimming pool and stream at the edge of the property.
This property is not suitable for families with children younger than 5 years of age. The lessor does not accept bookings for families with small children It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
