"Room interiors are dated and poorly maintained, mildew all around the sunken onsen tub. Wifi in room kept dropping and was difficult to establish a connection. Staff service across the entire hotel was the worst! Front desk staff refuses to explain any of the activities available for guests when asked, shoved the program sheet at me told me to read myself instead. Restaurant staff would not entertain a special request to order fried rice, told me to order a full child's set menu and plain rice...

"The stay was clean and owner was very friendly, despite some unforeseen delays to our itinerary. The owner saw to our late check in. The entire stay was very digitally-equipped. "Very homely minsu with a superb breakfast the traditional Taiwanese way. Room was big and comfortable with fabulous sheets- bed size was king size for us in the quadruple room. We stayed for 5 nights and used it as a base for travelling around Yilan.The lobby was as well comfortable with an indoor playground with ball pits for kids.
