"Located at the border between East and West Nanjing Road, this location is not only convenient but also not as noisy & crowded as East Nanjing Road. People's Park Metro just across the street. You can take the Metro direct to Pudong Airport or Hongqiao Airport. Direct Access from the lobby to the New World Shopping Mall, where the hype Warehouse 3 restaurant is located on the 4th floor. 15 Minutes walk to the famous Louise Vuitton exhibition Ship. Lots of restaurants and shopping around. The room is spacious 32m2 & fantastic view of the city from the window. Bathroom is spacious with Bathtub. The toilet is the ordinary one without bidet or automatic lid & warmer seat. The bed & pillow are on the softer side. The hotel has a central air condition system,which makes the temperature in the room can not be adjusted to individual needs. So I find the room too warm when we were there at the end of March. Other than that it is an excellent hotel. "

"it was a very pleasant stay. The location cannot be better. The rooms are large and plenty of room to hang clothes. Selections are varied and plentiful. Toilets can be upgraded to Toto type of toilets found in newer hotels. Otherwise there is nothing to complain and everything to be recommended."

"As you step in the lobby you are greeted by professional staff ready to give you the warmest of welcome. The hotel is clean and service quality # 1. The manager helped us with our local SIM card and even offered to talk with China Telecom customer Service despite the fact he was multi tasking (greeting guests, checking them in and supervising his staff). Appreciation to 朱啟纵 who went out of her way to give us advice on local attractions, restaurants and how best to use the subway system. The cleaning lady always greeted us with a smile and frequently asked whether we needed something. She seemed to be there all the time ready to serve. This is why we booked 1 extra night (total 2+1). Definitely recommend the hotel. Exactly what the hotel advertises. No unpleasant surprises. Will definitely be our top choice when visiting Shanghai next time.
