「This is a perfect place to disconnect and recharge, does have wi-fi if you can't live without it. The staff extremely cordial and attentive from the moment I stepped into the property,the restaurant staff was just as attentive prompt. The Hacienda has a rustic touch with a modern aproach, only five minutes outside of Izamal which makes it a perfect location. The Spa massage was phenomenal, will definitely stay here again when in the area.」

「Wunderschöne Unterkunft, die alleine Grund genug ist, mindestens eine Nacht in Izamal zu verbringen (die Stadt ist auch schön). Eine unglaubliche Ruhe, ein wunderschöne Anlage. Alles sehr bewusst angelegt und eingerichtet, mit Blick auf Maya-Traditionen. Wir würden kostenlos vom Tren Maya abgeholt und es besteht eine kostengünstige Taximöglichkeit ins Zentrum. 「Muy buen lugar, solo el desayuno incluido que pagas no es tan variable pero el restaurante que tienen consigues más variedad, agregaría platillos al desayuno o no pagaría el desayuno e iría a pedir de la carta」

「Lovely place. I love everything about this place. The food , the environment , super quiet . The beach was beautiful. The service great. I couldn’t ask for more. My only feedback is that the bed mattress is not very comfortable. Other than that a perfect destination for a relax weekend.」

El hotel es muy viejo la alberca sucia, los alimentos sin sabor , solo se cuenta con Wi fi en áreas comunes , pero no llega la señal de datos a las habitaciones , a las 3:00 pm Estás comiendo aún en ese horario pero son 3:05 te quitan la comida y te apagan la luz , la fila para tomar una bebida es larga así solo quieras refrescos , lo único que si es que el personal es MUY amable !!!! Tienen unos 7 metros de mar , por ese precio pueden ver mejores ofertas」
