Impressive - from the massage chairs to the afternoon snack and the all day coffee/matcha - we were well taken care of!! Every room has traditional lounge/pajama sets and majority of the guests actually wore them throughout the hotel. My favorite part was everyone is required to take their shoes off upon entering the hotel and keep them in lockers and we all walk around in socks. I loved leaning in to the Japanese culture!"
