"This hotel is on top of the Kintetsu Kyoto Station, no need to mention how convenient it is! We're here for one night, a stopover before we continue to our next destination, so I'd say hotel wise it a perfect option for us. The room is clean, quiet, comfortable, and no weird smell, even though it's not really spacious, but just normal size you'll get in among most Japanese hotels. Hotel staff was nice and approachable. The location is everything about this hotel, simply one lift downstairs, and you can enjoy all the shops and restaurants. Overall we had a nice but short stay in this hotel, it is indeed perfect for city tour."
