"先日、横浜での結婚式後に家族で利用させて頂きました。 まず、横浜にOMOがOMO5とOMO7と2つあって間違え行ってしまった💦ドタバタでのチェックインになりました。 父親が足が不自由な為に、車椅子を貸していただけた事には感謝だったのですが、駐車場まで貸して頂けたが、返却はまたフロントまで返しに行かなきゃならないのは不便でした。駐車場にも返却できたら嬉しかった。利用する場合も駐車場にも車椅子があると便利です。ホテルはとても綺麗で清潔感あり、タオル等も気持ち良く使えました。スリッパが不織布が薄すぎて、使用感は悪かったです。もう少し丈夫な生地ならベスト。 アメニティは、メイク落とし等がなく残念でした。 枕は、是非とも両面で柔らかめ硬めで使える物にして頂きたい。もしくは硬めをリクエストに応じて対応して頂きたいです。 フロントへ連絡する手段の電話が部屋にないのは不便過ぎました。 しかし総じて気持ち良く宿泊させて頂けたので、また機会があれば利用したいです。"
