"Wonderful staff! The hotel is very cute and feels more like a 4 star hotel. I love the bakery and the restaurants in the cafe. Only thing that sucks is when it’s really hot, the walk to the station can feel very long and unbearable."

"This is a huge property. We were in the main tower. Our room was nothing like advertised. It was quite outdated and literally the size of a shoebox. Once we brought in our luggage we could barely move. We also had to pay a fee when we checked in, about 600 ¥. Not sure what that was for as when we ..."

Shinjuku Prince Hotel
"This is a beautiful hotel with a great lounge that had a fabulous array of snacks and drinks. The staff are wonderful and very attentive. We could it use the pool because we have tattoos so that was disappointing and will, sadly, prevent us from staying here again."
