The hotel itself and surrounding area are amazing. The rooms are nicely appointed and clean. What was a bit frustrating was for every small request there was a surcharge. For example if we wanted to ask the hotel to call for a taxi there was a fee (!) or if I wanted to warm up my food there was a fee vs a microwave that I could access on my own.

Best hotel in Yokohama. Staff attentive and friendly. Rooms have great views onto downtown on one side and onto Red Brick warehouse on the other. Only drawback is poor breakfast menu in Club lounge on 5th floor at breakfast. Close to convention centre and concert hall. 5 minutes to new Markis shopping centre. Well managed and good value for money.

Amazing Accommodations and Service

We were thoroughly impressed with the hotel and especially the staff. They met and exceeded our every need. The room was the most technologically advanced we ever stayed in. It was also well furnished and very clean. We would highly recommend the Continental Yokohama Pier 8. As an added bonus our cruise ship docked at the hotel.
