“What a wonderful and beautiful home. Reading the history of it and who built it was wonderful. Inside the home has the moat amazing things including from Folsom prison. The house had everything we needed for the weekend were we didnt have to leave unless we choose to. Would definitely stay here again ”

“Beautiful view, centrally located and great usable space”

“House was absolutely perfect for our family reunion. My daughter and her family live in Napa and my brother in law, niece and nephew came from Australia. House was comfortable and welcoming. Jacuzzi was an added bonus. Will definitely rent this home again. ”

“The home was beautiful and well-appointed. Very comfortable and definitely home away from home in its feel. We walked downtown regularly and enjoyed the unique architecture of the homes in the neighborhood. Our host was extremely helpful with any questions we had and gave us great recommendations during our short visit ... not to mention getting us set up with some winery tours. “Accurate to listing. Easy access to interstate making it central to all areas. Driving in you do see some homes that make you question the neighborhood, but it was incredibly quiet & we felt safe at the property. Host was responsive. The home accommodated 2 adults and 2 children well for a brief stay. The kids appreciated the toys that were available (there were few and some were broken) The "play area" in the backyard is best suited for young toddlers, so we didn't use it. But it was nice to……

“Amazing stay in a quiet neighborhood! The check-in process was seamless and the property had everything we needed. It was kid friendly which is huge for us. Would definitely recommend if you are planning to be around mid or downtown Sacramento! ”

“Tim is an excellent host and responds quickly. The house was spacious enough for 6 adults and 4 kids. The a/c units in each room kept us nice and cool during the hot memorial weekend. The kiddos had a blast catching a bunch of fish, crappie, bluegill, and catfish. ”

“Set in a nice community in the mountains near a golf course. Well-appointed throughout the property. I especially appreciated the fully-equipped kitchen, BBQ and utensils, bath, and washer and dryer (though washer was quite noisy). There is a nice deck amongst the pines where you can BBQ, a dining table shaded by upper rental's deck, and an area clear to the sun with chairs to kick your feet up.
