"This is probably one of the best experiences that I have had whilst travelling. Don't be misled by the "hostel" designation of this guest house - it is really a boutique, luxury residence in the heart of Daikon Island. First and foremost, the guesthouse owner, who speaks very good English, was very kind and drove me around the whole day. "Nice, average hotel by the standards of our trip to Japan (as in the room was small by American standards but average by Japanese standards). Close to the train station, restaurants, etc. Check-in was easy, staff were helpful in holding on to our baggage since we arrived early. Pretty expansive Japanese breakfast in the morning."
