「Actually stuff are very kind and helpful. But they need a good team management , and Actually they have a lot of problems. First they did not find me at aeroport (I have reserved aeroport pickup service), and they refuse to give me innvoice when I check out, I really do very Bad impression here.」

「I found the place rather confusing. The Uber driver couldn't find it and had to ask several people in the vicinity. There are no markings to indicate "Ngaliema Resort Club"; indeed the board with keys at reception has a different name on it. There's no lobby, just an office that might be open. 「Le personnel de l’hôtel (tout comme les Ivoiriens en général) est particulièrement charmant et attentif. L’hôtel lui-même est propre et moderne et la nourriture y est bonne, ceci en particulier au Abidjan café qui est situé directement à coté de la cour arrière.」
