「It’s a small room mostly for sleeping the outside patio is a great touch comes with a few chairs couch and tables there’s also grill ,washer, and dryer outside. The lighting at night isn’t very good there’s also an umbrella for shade. Comes with a complete kitchen the fridge is also large. Bathroom is nice and there’s also a large closet next door.

Drip coffee, Keurig, or electric tea kettle available, plus a rice cooker and a blender. Outdoor gas grill was easy to use. 「Grace’s apartment was perfect for our family of four with two teenagers! It features two big King beds, and when one son's cough kept the other awake, Grace sent a comfortable cot with full bedding the very next day so we could separate them. 「Eh. The property was definitely not exquisite. It was mostly good but these things made it less than ideal: there was always a “gardener” in the backyard each day making it unusable (and we didn’t get any notification that there’d be someone on the property every day), the trundle bed couldn’t be pulled out and there was a crib in the same room making it super tight, water pressure in the showers was real low, the AC didn’t keep the temp consistent and the working fridge was in the living room.」

「We were unable to check in at first as the electronic lock was not working. It was 1am so we wouldn’t have been able to communicate with the owner. When telling the owner, she seemed unsurprised and blamed it on the battery. The sinks were clogged in the bathroom. The appliances were still wet and not cleaned from the previous guests.
