「The view from the room and deck were incredible and as described. The bed and pillows were very comfortable enabling a great night's sleep. The condo was clean and the neighborhood is very safe. There is a lovely beach within walking distance or a 3 min drive (see pic) and we loved walking the shoreline and taking in the view. This weekend for our family was to honor my children's father who recently passed away and I struggled to find a place for my family of 6 without breaking the bank. It was clean, the host was very nice and easily available if needed and best part we were literally a minute walk to the beach & boardwalk. It is ideal location for a family. 「Excellent property, modern, very clean and plenty of very thoughtful touches. Very safe area and beautiful gardens all around. Also very convenient was the parking, given how crowds Kennebunk is.The only issue I had was the stairs, apartment is on the second floor. I have an injured knee and it was painful to go up and down.That being said I would highly recommend this property to people without a mobility issue, wish I had known. Overall I give this property an A.」

「The place was small but highly effective to stay. Great little kitchen full of utensils, table to eat, light and air via windows, the bed was comfortable and so were the chairs. The bathroom had two sinks and a roomy shower. Parking was ample and location close to things. And if you have friends in the area, great place to invite over for a meal or to hang in the clubhouse for a game of billiards or a swim. Would definitely stay here again.
