Very cute and clean!

We found this property to be very clean and bright, and quite spacious for 2 of us. The location is perfect, just across the street from the beach and provides a little bit of an ocean view from the sunny enclosed front porch. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

While not immediately off the beach, there is a clear view of the ocean from the sun room and front deck. The location is very convenient to explore Maine and Massachusetts. Very happy with the accommodation.

Clean and Bright

We enjoyed the space and bright sunny rooms of this property. The kitchen is very well supplied, and was used often throughout our week-long stay. The bedrooms are very comfortable. The bathroom is a fair size for 2 people to share, and it provides plenty of towels and quite a bit of storage. The sunporch facing the beach is sunny and very enjoyable for both dining and relaxing.

Cozy Oceanside Stay

We enjoyed this property immensely. The communal spaces are large and open, while the bedrooms were so cozy. The ocean is right across the street and absolutely gorgeous. The location was right near everywhere we needed to be (we were in town for a wedding). We flew into Boston and getting to the rental from there was very easy. Would absolutely stay here again!

I had a short, 3 night stay in York, Maine. A very nice, clean and well stocked cottage. Right across from the beach and a restaurant right next door. Also within walking distance to coffee and breakfast. I really didn’t even need to get in my car if I didn’t want to. It honestly felt very comfortable and homey. I highly recommend!

End of Summer Get Together

Cottage had a nice flow to it! Plenty of room with a fairly open concept. Location was perfect for us. We appreciated the view from the porch as our 87 year old mom was able to sit outside and hear the waves and to see the ocean. Everyone in neighboring homes were friendly, which added to our short vacation…

Great Beach weekend

The property was close to the beach…just across the street so an easy walk and transport of beach gear. There was adequate parking of a small sedan, a jeep, and an suv. The house was clean, with plenty of towels and blankets. The kitchen was clean and well appointed. The mattresses comfortable. There is a washer and drier. Easy communication with owners. Close to restaurants. Lovely stay!

Perfect beach front stay

Staying at a house across from Long Sands has always been on my bucket list, but the prices never fit our budget or many houses only allow a week stay at a time. Staying here for two nights mid-week in the middle of June ended up working out perfectly for our family with two young kids! We had everything we needed, loved the wide open living space and you can’t beat that view or the steps to the beach! The recliners on the porch are so incredibly comfy, too. The room off the kitchen had plenty of space to set up a pack n play for our 1 yr old to sleep. We hope we can stay again next year and maybe add another night!

Sunny and Bright Spaces

The location of this cute home is wonderful- directly across the street from Long Sands Beach. Although it is a smaller home, the sunporch, living room, and kitchen are all very bright and open. The kitchen is very well-supplied. The bathroom has ample storage for personal items. Having a washer and dryer in the home is quite convenient. We recommend!
