“The room was terrible. It smelled so musty and like mild/mold. Went to the front desk, asked for a new room and was told they were sold out. Asked for my money back, was told I can't do that. Luckily a friend stayed there too, her room was rough, but didn't have the same smell so he slept in there. I opened our door and let it open for about 2 hours and still couldn't get the smell out. I slept in the room I paid for. Woke up in the am and my sinuses were so messed up. I couldn't breath and was……

“This was by far the worst hotel experience from start to finish. The pictures online did NOT match the hotel we pulled up to. At check-in, the staff member could not have been any less welcoming. The room was extremely filthy. We had bugs crawling ON the bed comfortable as well as the walls. We could not take our shoes off due to the dirtiness of the floor. There was a baseball team staying at the hotel- the kids were running around outside, around the floors, in the rooms, etc until 10:15pm.……
