One of the two elevators is not working. Some of the staff is clueless, and some don't speak a word of English. The shelves and closet are tight and poorly designed. Light fixtures do not provide enough light in the room. On the plus side: clean, plenty of parking, convenient location next to a good diner and major roads, the room is spacious, USB ports / power outlets are plentiful and well-placed.

In-door pool was full size, legit. You could do laps if you were into that. Hot tub was ok. The outdoor patio off the pool was a very nice surprise. Elevators are small and slow. I didn't eat at the hotel restaurant, but it looked fine. Easy on and off Interstate 83. Being on Route 30 lots of access to places to grab a quick meal/eat. I would stay again. Staff that we encountered were all friendly and helpful.

Exceptional Stay at Four Points by Sheraton York! I had a fantastic experience staying at the Four Points by Sheraton York and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed that made it easy to get a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the modern amenities and thoughtful touches that made my stay even more relaxing. The hotel itself is well-maintained and conveniently located, making it easy to explore York and the surrounding areas. The on-site dining options were excellent as well—great food and a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is a wonderful choice. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!
