--THIS HOTEL IS NEWLY RENOVATED & IT IS VERY NICE. I STAYED A LITTLE OVER A WEEK & THEY WERE CONSISTENT WITH THE CLEANING OF THE ROOMS & THE COMMON AREAS.
--THE MANAGER, TANYA, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, COMPETENT, & FRIENDLY. SHE WORKED THE FRONT DESK SOMETIMES. I HAD A FEW PERSONAL ISSUES & SHE HELPED ME WITH THEM, & SHE ALWAYS HAD A SMILE.
--I WILL DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN.

nicely remodeled rooms and hotel. Very comfortable beds and a great selection of hot breakfast included. What else do you need? :)

Nothing was unique! Parking lot was weird! There isn't enough handicap parking and when I drove around to the back there was only one handicap parking space! There were guys there doing the landscaping and they had their hand prints all over the hood of my SUV! There wasn't any reason for them to put their hands or anything on my truck and I know that they did it because I had just had my SUV detailed and it wasn't on there when I parked my truck! If I could've gotten a handicap parking spot closer to the hotel this probably wouldn't have happened! The elevator broke down! One of the elevators was already out of service and my 9 year old granddaughter got stuck on the elevator and there was NO SENSE OF URGENCY by the lady that was there! They had to pry the elevator door open to get my granddaughter and another guest out! She FINALLY called the fire department or EMS but they didn't get there in a timely manner either! The other manager came in and she was very helpful and I forgot to ask her name! My oldest granddaughter was still upstairs and our room was on the 5th floor and I asked them how was she going to get downstairs and who was going to help her?? I have mobility issues so I can't do stairs! They sent one of the men workers up there to help but he didn't even speak English! SMH then I heard the front desk lady tell some other guests that both of the elevators were closed??? How do you do that?? What was the other disabled guests supposed to do as far as getting back
