Featuring a bright and sophisticated look, this two-bedroom top floor apartment has been designed with stylish interiors throughout. The perfect getaway for up to four guests, Apartment 4 provides a fantastic base when staying in York. You can shop away to your heart’s content or explore the cobbled streets.
The Space:
Apartment 4, Fourth Avenue has a bright and welcoming open plan kitchen, living and dining area. With high ceilings and a neutral colour scheme, there is a modern, 21st century feel to this polished space. Ideal for two, the living area includes a comfortable sofa and a flat screen Smart TV.
The stunning kitchen has everything you could need to prepare meals including an oven, hob, toaster, kettle, microwave and refrigerator. Enjoy your meals with your fellow guests at the dining area which includes a wooden table and surrounding bench.
Head to the bedrooms and you’ll notice the same stunning style flow that runs throughout the entirety of the apartment. In both bedrooms, double bed features plush bedding and premium bed linens to ensure you have a great night’s sleep.
Modern and clean, the bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC and basin.

Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to Apartment 4, Fourth Avenue are accessed via a key safe box and full details will be provided prior to check in.
On-site parking is available on a first come, first served basis. Free on-street parking is also available.

From the ancient walls of Roman York to the grandeur of Georgian York, the city is packed with history and charm. Explore The Shambles - a cobbled street which is lined with Elizabethan buildings – where you’ll find a mixture of shops and eateries. Be amazed by the 7th century York Minster and the stunning views from the Central Tower which leads to the highest point in the city.
Step outside of the centre and you’ll uncover a haven of woodland and moorland. The beautiful Yorkshire Dales, North York Moors and Wolds are right on the doorstep so you can enjoy long walks in the countryside.
If you fancy venturing further afield, Leeds is easily accessible via the A64. Alternatively, you could hop on the train and be there in around half an hour. Harrogate can also be reached easily by rail in under 40 minutes.
Getting Around:
Apartment 4, Fourth Avenue is within a mile of York city centre so getting around on foot is simple.
York train station is located in the city centre and has direct routes to Leeds, Harrogate, Manchester and London.
There are plenty of bus routes throughout York and these cover the city centre, suburbs and many surrounding villages within the City of York.
The nearest airport is Leeds Bradford International, 37 miles away from the apartment.
