I chose this hotel because breakfast was included, but unfortunately that ended up being one of the biggest disappointments of my stay. I tried making one of the self-serve waffles, and it tasted sour. I took a few more bites just to make sure I wasn’t imagining it or being overly picky, but it definitely seemed off, almost like the batter had spoiled. Another issue was that my husband found a roach in our room. Thankfully he didn’t tell me until after we checked out because I’m terrified of roaches, but that’s obviously not something you want to find in a hotel room. Overall, the property also felt a little rundown and a little dirty. The stay wasn’t terrible, but between the breakfast and the cleanliness concerns, I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Shower walls had dirty handprints and the shower would not close because both doors were weighted to the same side. The curtains in the room were broken so they wouldn’t fully close. There wasn’t a physical front desk attendant to assist with anything and the staff did not speak English making it very difficult to communicate needs. Will not book here again.

When we arrived there wasn’t a live person to check us in. The long line of people stood and waited to check in via a person on a screen. The entire hotel reeked of smoke, our room smelled, the bathroom was dirty, and our door had a big gap at the top that you could see into the hallway. It was a shame that the rooms were at the quality that they were. The pictures online definitely over-sell the hotel. Breakfast was nice and appreciated.
