Nice and quiet area though there is no insulation from noise from next room. We also booked a family room but received a smaller room with minimal facilities. Bed was comfy and shower was excellent. I would recommend but remember to check what room you have booked with staff.

It was lovely and clean. I could do with somewhere to hang clothes and some to to put makeup and toiletries as you are trying to put makeup and do hair. Also lighting very poor but lovely clean accomodation

Well equipped kitchenette. Everything we needed. However electrical wiring need attention. Several powerpoints dont work. Exhaust fan doesn't work. A couple of lights unreliable. TV hard to watch from bottom of bunkbed because of the pillars. Suggest exchange for a normal single bed. Great location close to everything. Comfortable and clean.

The comforter blanket on top was not washed and the cushions on the bed had stains on them, the floor felt sticky. We had to remove the comforter as it smelled awful and had to use the spare blankets provided which were 2 single size blankets for a double/queen bed. It was not possible to get a replacement blanket as there was no reception, check in is done over the phone, there’s no staff in attendance. We had a hot tub in the room but didn’t use it due to fear of hygiene issues based on the blankets and floor. The room was small but big enough for a night or two. The location is convenient and rverything is within walking distance. Convenient basic budget accommodation.

Nice spot to stay in York. Host was accommodating enough to rearrange my nonrefundable booking (the week before) when I saved the incorrect dates. Spa was lovely and kitchenette was well stocked. Sitting in the outdoor area in the evening and in the mornings was delightful. The little shelf and mirror in the spa area is genius. Thanks Kerry.

Unfortunately, there were mice/ rats scratching noisily, waking us in the early hours of the morning and continued till we left. Disappointing, as it was a lovely unit and welcome.
