「Great place. The guy at check in was brilliant. Had salmon and king scallops for tea and was beautiful. The Missus enjoyed her fish n chips. Breakfast was excellent, one of the best we’ve had and the lady got us in early cos we had somewhere to go. Couldn’t do enough for us. Will go again 100%」

「The location is good as well as the service. The breakfast is really tastey. The lady who served our breakfast is really nice and even made me a takeway breakfast when I told her my train would be very early and would miss the breakfast. 」

「The room was great for our needs, very spacious with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. I was holidaying with my teenage granddaughter and the twin beds gave us plenty of room. It was about a 10 minute walk to the harbour (anout 30 minutes to walk back, it's a very steep hill! Dont believe google maps that says mostly flat!) There is a bus stop outside the hotel but we didn't use it. However, on our last evenung we had a taxi and it was £4.50.」

「I ordered the Sunday Lunch which was very good and loads of it washed down with a very nice and reasonable bottle of Portugese Wine. The only strange part was going to the bar to order and pay for it up front and then asked if you wanted to leave a tip before you had been served anything and did not know if the service was going to be any good which was very strange - I feel sorry for the staff as I declined the tip upfront but then had no cash with me to make my usual 10% tip after I finished...
