Great Stay for Yosemite

Check in was very easy. Properly was great. One morning there were 6 deer outside our room, which was the only time we saw deer so that was really cool. It makes a big difference having a refrigerator, microwave, oven, etc. especially with kids. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This was a great place to stay for a quick trip to Yosemite! About 15 minutes from Tunnel View! It was very easy to check in and out. Good parking, and overall very clean. My only qualm about the cleanliness is that there was a cup that had lip marks on it, meaning it was not cleaned. Everything else however was clean and organized. The maximum amount of people that would be able to stay in this condo is 3. The electric grill was an excellent resource for making dinner after a long day of hiking. Dishes, cooking tools, and all utensils were available which was great. The bed was comfortable as well! There was a great selection of DVD's, games, and puzzles to pick from so there was no shortage of entertainment. However, after much research and difficulty we could not figure out how to get the DVD player to connect to the TV. Overall, I had a great time and felt very safe at this location while on a Yosemite trip with a few friends. I would totally stay here again.

The room felt just like an apartment and immediately we felt right at home. We took food to cook and we cooked every meal since we arrived and we had everything we needed. The only complaint I had which might not be a complaint for some was that the bed was kind of hard and I did not sleep as comfortable as I would have liked. I will be staying at this property again.

Best alternative to staying in the Valley.

We always stay at Curry Village which is closed now. This was the closest to being able to stay in the Valley. A good alternative.

Would have been great if not for the pull out bed and required work for wifi

This place is exactly as you'd expect per the pictures. Studio apartment in Yosemite. Has everything you need with the two exceptions. The first is the pull out bed. While pull outs are rarely as comfortable as a natural bed this might be the worst I've ever slept on. It was surely the thinnest I've ever seen and added just enough cushion so that the metal didn't dig directly into your back, instead letting your back know it was there and going to cause you torment all night under the disguise of what accounted for roughly more than a thin pillow. The second issues was internet access. The provided booklet said that wifi was available in the work center. This meant sitting out in a hallway at the other end and top of the building. It's 2017. Either market this place as not connected for those that want no access or add some additional routers/ signal extenders so I don't have to sit in a hallway blocking others in order to get some work done. All in all glad we were only here two nights. I couldn't make it a third.
