✔️ Pets are welcome, but must be registered and reported to the host. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet owners will be
responsible for any extra cleaning fees damages caused.
✔️ No smoking within the property’s premises
✔️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
✔️ Please observe quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM.
✔️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
✔️ Respect the home. Do not break or damage anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.
✔️ Guest access is limited to the main area of the house. The basement is not accessible during stays.
✔️ The washer and dryer are available only upon prior notice and approval. Please contact us in advance if you’d like to use them, and we’ll gladly guide you on how to access them.
