This location is hard to beat across from Sugar Mill Pond in the Metairie Centre behind CC's Coffee, Agave and a 1 minute drive to the Youngsville Sports Complex! The development is in walking distance to lots of shopping, dining & entertainment. The first floor features 1 bedroom and bathroom. A flight of stairs takes you to the second floor bringing you to the kitchen and living area. The Master suite is upstairs. *New construction area!

The townhouse was beautiful and walkable to several shops and restaurant, which we loved! The only negative was the master bedroom — the mattress was uneven and wobbly, and the windows really need curtains because of all the exterior lights.
