「I made the reservation here as a bridge stop on my way into the Catskill Mountain for a few days and I'm so glad I did. It's remote -- the town of Claryville is like much of the Catskill mountains -- I was in Phonecia for several days last summer -- in that towns seem to lack a town center or even a substantive grocery store or restaurants. 「The breakfast was horrible. Both juice machines were not working, the yogurt was past due and the coffee machine had not been cleaned in a while. The staff on check in were professional, however the staff the next morning on check out were rude and seemed to be put out by having to answer simple questions. The room appeared clean on check in. The following morning we noticed a large bug/insect infestation in one corner. 」

「We had a great trip here. It is about a mile and a half from Bethel Woods, so if you are going to a show, it is the best spot there is. Great place」

「The front hotel staff was completely rude and told us we had to walk ALL THE WAY AROUND the hotel to get to the casino when there was a hallway connecting the 2. My mom had to walk down a hill because he was rude and didn’t even tell us where to go or what direction our room was. I won’t be going back.」

「This was a perfect spot for our trip to the nearby Arts Center. Welcoming staff and very comfortable accommodations. Would prefer that the restroom be on the same level as the bedroom but that was a minor issue. We hope to return to this lovely property!」
