"Fantastic location right in the heart of Shibuya. Plenty of space, comfortable bedding and well-equipped kitchen. Excellent bathroom amenities and the washer/dryer in the room was brilliant as we could wash and dry clothes overnight each day. There's a 7-Eleven next door, a cool craft beer bar in the building basement (but no noise disturbance), and the location is a short 2-3 minute walk to bars, isakayas, shops, and about 8-10 minutes walk to the train station. "1 - Hard place to find 2 - Felt quite unclean. We found other people's hair in the bed sheets, blood or wine stains on the sofa and bed sheet, broken leg on coffee table and the bathroom is something from the 1990s. Place is quite run down. 3 - Great location. Area has everything nearby. Can get a little noisy at night. "
