"Le falta carisma a los empleados. En el restaurante solo había 1 mesero y estaba casi lleno. Los ascensores son lentos y cuando hay grandes grupos haciendo check in es imposible subir a las habitaciones. A pesar de tener estacionamiento, se lo cobran a los huéspedes. "

The staff were extremely helpful, respectful, and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was top rate with great variety, and the restaurant was excellent too, really good food and service. Highly recommended!"

"I booked this hotel based on reviews and pictures. Unfortunately the location, conditions, cleaneness and access to the hotel are terrible to the point that the night we arrived we looked for a different place, checking out first thing in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel to any foreigner used to basic standards. Only plus of the place was the staff friendliness and good customer service."
