My room was very cozy and the staff at the front desk were so welcoming! I'm so glad I found this affordable and convenient spot to rest during a quick trip to the area. Very convenient location, and I really loved the beautiful flowers out front!

These are just very basic rooms, small with no amenities, BUT very clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the property was quiet. Very good value for the money. If you want to avoid high hotel costs, and you're just looking for is a place to shower and sleep, I highly recommend! Definitely will stay there again.

Basic old school motel room, barebones. Been nice if they turned on the AC before we arrived at 9:30pm. It was as hot as a SE Michigan hayloft probably 95 degrees when we arrived. I would certainly consider it again, good location, and they clearly care here aside from AC. Ypsilanti is a great authentic Michigan city of its own, no BS in Ypsi!

I booked this establishment through expedia , and when I arrived at The front desks to check-in.They told me they do not accept third party reservations and if I wanted to stay at the hotel , I would have to pay the room price in cash which I did not have , because I had already used a third party site

This motel was a perfect place to stay for what I needed. I was able to get a good night's sleep and enjoy the WiFi to do my work in a nice, clean room. A possible upgrade to the room would be to add hooks to the bathroom door. There was no wardrobe to hang clothes, which would have helped with some of the outfits I brought.
