This independent house with its terrace (15 m²), its enclosed courtyard (500 m²) and its enclosed land (500 m²) has retained a certain character.

Nearby: Yssingeaux 3 km away (greenway, town hall, museums, Pays des Sucs, church, weekly market, all shops and services), Lavalette leisure center 10 km away (departmental sailing and rowing center, swimming). On the ground floor: large living room (TV, wood stove), kitchen, toilet.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 double beds, 2 single bunk beds, 1 baby bed with bars), shower room-toilet.

- Electric heating at an additional cost according to consumption.
Wood for the stove in addition: €6/wheelbarrow (1st fire free).

Piny le Bas

Un beau séjour d’une semaine à Piny le Bas dans une confortable et spacieuse maison des champs du XVIIIe siècle. Des hôtes fort sympathique. Le pays des sucs mérite une visite sans oublier Le Puy en Velay à 30 minutes en voiture et notamment son magnifique musée Crozatier et à 500m du gîte les fois gras de M. Julien.
