Management has no idea what they’re doing, housekeeping never cleaned our room or changed our linens, was repeatedly told by day shift yes they do clean the rooms, however we had to repeatedly get towels and toilet paper from the front desk… after taking the linens to the housekeeping office went 2 days with no sheets or blankets. At checkout was charge $200 for “stealing the bed spread” 😂are you kidding me?! They have green flowers on them and not even remotely something any normal person would want!! Didn’t ask me about them just assumed I stole them & refused to give me back my money. This place is a joke! Not standard motel practices or policies… Just bad management/owners.

Homeless people going through trash cans . Asked a friend to check me out and she was packing up my toiletries and small roaches came out from the sink. I checked out after the first night. Told all of this to the manager on duty. He said he couldn’t do anything because it was a 3rd party. I’ve just now gotten home an able to make this survey. Yeah, get rid of this on your site! Scary and filthy. And yes, the manager took my complaints and typed them in his computer!!

This property is nothing like what the reviews in Expedia state. We stayed one night in room 104 and were frustrated to find that the tub wouldn’t drain, that we couldn’t shower until the maintenance crew came in at 9 AM. To add to that, the paint in the tub was chipped and the bathroom looked beat up (frankly, it was quite disgusting). The breakfast was nothing like they claim. When checking in, the front desk person told us that breakfast included bagels, muffins, and eggs, but all we found was a waffle maker, a few slices of bread, some small muffins, juice, and coffee. There was no fruit either. We first stopped by at 7am, and once again around 9am - and that’s all the food we saw. This is among the worst hotels / motels we’ve ever stayed at - maybe even the worst. The only saving grace were the people at the front desk. They were friendly enough, but everything else was terrible. This is a beat up property and I can’t understand how they have such great reviews on Expedia.
