「Dave and Sheila have created a peaceful oasis surrounded by the cutest alpacas ever! We loved staying here and never wanted to leave! As hosts they were very kind and attentive to our needs and made sure that we were very comfortable. We loved being able to interact with the alpacas, especially Grace- the sweetie! We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to escape their busy life for a very peaceful and relaxing retreat.」

「Out in the foothills of CA. Nice views. Fresh air. Quiet too. Not far from two old mining towns with great downtown scenery shops and breweries. The place had everything you need. Good WiFi. 「This place met our needs. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was nice. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you might need for a short stay. However, the sink In the bathroom is tiny and water goes everywhere. There was absolutely nowhere to put toiletries or cosmetics. I had to use the table outside of the bathroom. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.」

「We visited Yuba Coty to connect with family. Our stay in the home was just fine. The home has everything you need and the beds were super comfortable. The house is immaculate. My only issues with the home were that one of bedroom’s window coverings were broken and falling off and the chandeliers and wall decor were a bit dated. We will return to this VRBO and f we visit again. Thank you!」
