“Exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable. Surprisingly quiet at night, we thought may be noisy its a busy street it was quiet. Also great off street parking. We will stay again.”

My area included a bedroom , bathroom with sauna, and a rec room with a giant tv, treadmill, ping pong table and fooz ball table. The bed was very comfortable and the night was peaceful. I would visit again.”

“My husband and I had a great stay at the Hoothaus. Great location with easy access to mountain biking and running trails. Close to the lake and to downtown Nevada City, yet still quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very communicative and helpful in suggesting local activities. Space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed! Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. ”

“The cabin was clean and perfect for our family for the size of 7 we still had plenty of room. Nice and quiet location with a back yard view. You can also fish in the back from your porch but the only thing is at night is do not open the back patio door or mesquitos will get inside. ”
