"Awesome location, directly across the street from the beach. No AC in main part of house. AC ran great in all bedrooms. Hot tub was not operational, and there was not toilet seat on one of the toilets. Manager said owner was shipping one from US, but never arrived. No daily housekeeping, refrigerator did not get or stay cold. And taxis we arranged for pick up to leave, never arrived. We were allotted one towel per person, and had to ask to get them changed out. For girls that use towels...

"The room was very clean & they even took into consideration from my notes to decorate my door for my birthday celebration & as well leave a birthday dessert in the room which was amazing. The room cleaner was great very quick and did an amazing job everyday. The balcony was very large as well and had a nice view of both the pool of the resort and the ocean. My only complaint was the staff at the Japanese restaurant when checking in my friend and I were told that night the restaurant was accepting walk ins but we were told differently when we went up to it so we had to make a 9pm reservation. When seated we looked over the menu and the server comes over and raises his voice at us asking “if we’re ready or not” very rude. While the table next to us was receiving way better treatment (within earshot) & not being yelled at. BUT the other restaurant(s) staff , bartenders, & lobby staff were amazing and always available to help or answer any questions. Overall the stay was great & my friend and I loved the beach club which was about 10 minutes away & the hotel provides a shuttle to!"

"This resort exceeded our expectations. It's like a jungle, filled with monkeys, iguanas, a variety of birds, deer, and other wildlife flying, walking, and running throughout the resort. The parrots in the lobby are a great added touch! The unlimited all-inclusive food and drinks were amazing. We highly recommend having breakfast or lunch by the beach. It's so breezy, and the views are wonderful. The pools are fantastic, especially the one by the beach. The resort is spotless and staffed by mostly friendly employees. The gondola ride to Xcaret Park was lovely. We will definitely come back and stay at this resort again."
