“booked the room 3-4 months before, but they seems didn't know my reservation, luckily they still got vacancy”

“We reserved a room with 2 queen beds and a couch, got 1 king bed and a couch. (One of us slept on the floor) (We came after 11pm and when we called about the error they said they will call back, we were already tired and needed showers and had to wake up at 5am, didnt want to wait too long, so we just called back and asked for blankets. My kiddo put the couch pillows on the floor, covered them with the "blankets" and slept on the floor. No free breakfast Parking is $15 (ours was waived this……

“The floors were really squeaky, everytime someone above you moved it was loud...I really don't like to complain, get on top floor. Otherwise good location.”

“Waren nur für ein paar Stunden in dem Hotel, weil unser Flug um 5 in der Früh ging, aber das Personal war super hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Konnten das Gepäck schon am Vormittag dort abstellen. Das Hotel an sich hat eine super Lage, man ist in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß am Check in. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön modern eingerichtet.”

“The front desk service has a good check-in attitude. It is a pity that it is possible to deposit a credit card for guarantee but cannot pay in cash. Walking in the room without slippers is unhygienic.”

“This hotel has no check in staff. Sign on the locked door of the hotel tells you to check in at the other hotel but doesnt tell you where this other hotel is located. 30 minutes later I have the key for my room. Room was clean and bed comfortable but an alarm ringing in the hotel lobby all night was annoying and the one vending machine was out of order. Im being generous to give this place 3 stars”
