Pleasant stay in a nice house

We enjoyed our stay in sunny Yuma. Very new house with comfortable beds. Nice area for walking neighborhoods or desert.

2/24 AZ trip

The house is very nice! House is in a nice neighborhood that is very quiet and very easy to get to once you know where it is located. Google maps did us NO favors but Waze took us right there. Property has a nice garage and plenty of parking for our pickup and trailer. We had a couple of questions once we arrived and the host was very prompt in getting back to us. We will definitely rent this property again in the future!!

This rental is a Yuma gem!!! Tastefully decorated, offers everything that you could possibly need while away from home, convenient location and very, very clean!!! The host is an exceptional communicator and is readily available if needed. We enjoyed our stay and will book again when we return to Yuma.

The host was great. It’s a brand new house. Very well stocked kitchen, plenty of clean linens, nice backyard with fire pit, large Bq grill, outdoor sitting area with view of the hills.

This is a fabulous property locally owned and maintained. I stayed four months in 2024-25 and 2025-26 in this now four-year-old property in a quiet family home subdivision close to shopping and restaurants. I love the sunrise and sunset views from the back yard facing the open desert. The house is very well equipped and furnished for an extended stay. The owner added TVs to the second and third bedrooms, a whole home water filter and softener, mesh wifi, and more between my two winter stays. This is a gem in every way!
