All the staff I interacted with were amazing! From front desk, bartender, breakfast ladies, and even managers. Everyone was friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. This was our second stay and the only place I will go to when in Yuma.
The beds, OMG comfy and it had perfect pillows. Lots of towels, everything was clean, and the shower was a big walk in. I didn't use them this time, but they have an indoor as well as outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs.
The breakfast was fresh, hot and a good selection. Dinner was superb, the cook even modified my meal to accommodate my food restrictions.
The most touching part of all was how helpful and kind the staff was when they found out my we were their for a surgery and had an unexpected issue. Most hotels would have been horrified or charged us extra for the special requests but they bent over backwards to help and expressed concern instead. I can not thank them enough for the kindness and curiosity they showed.
