Enjoy this brand-new, stylish home with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, centrally located in the heart of Yuma. The beds are one King and three Queens, providing the most comfortable sleep for up to eight people.
Perfect for business or pleasure, this property features an on-site laundry room with a washer/dryer, a beautiful wraparound patio with a fireplace and TV, plenty of parking on the property, and an additional two-car garage. It is within a short walk of YRMC Hospital or a short drive to stores, restaurants, fishing, the border, military bases, or dunes.
