The property cancelled my reservation prior to me getting there without contacting me or expedia, as it still showed that I was set to check in as normal the entire time. They claimed to have tried to contact me because my card was not working but I had no evidence of that, no emails or missed calls. Also, I was set to pay upon arrival, so there was no reason for them to have been attempting to charge my card for more than a dollar to hold the reservation (the card was correct and it had money, I checked both). I ended up having to pay more than my original reservation and the person at the desk was rude the entire interaction. The people during the rest of my stay were fine, but the individual who “helped” me check in started my whole trip off on a sour note. I would recommend if you do stay here, contact the company to an annoying amount to ensure they didn’t just casually cancel your reservation.
