The outdoor temperature while we were there was 105 or so in the afternoon so that chased us indoors. Over all we had a great stay and would book another stay if we are in the area.」

She facilitated an early check-in and provided exceptional assistance in recommending local dining establishments for the evening. The property itself appears to be in need of refurbishment and modernization. Our room presented with an unpleasant odor, and the bedding and pillows were notably uncomfortable, leading to a perception of substandard accommodation. Consequently, we will not be returning to this establishment.」

「The Hilton Yuma Pivot Point doesn't quite live up to its prestigious name. My room had a torn couch, a slow-draining sink, along with a dirty shower enclosure. All of which was documented to the front desk manager's attention. No one came up to inspect my room. Notwithstanding, the breakfast was very good.」

So we checked back to the front desk. The young man apologized gave me another room we get to that room and once again the door does not open.
