“It was a cozy little place to stay. There was barely any light in the living room/dining area, so doing a puzzle required borrowing a lamp from the bedroom. The double bed was extremely uncomfortable, because it went down in the middle, so no matter what we did, we ended up falling into the middle and having to sleep right up next to each other. A few more things were troubling— one of the dining room chairs in particular was so rickety we thought it could break so we tried not to use it. ……

“This space was perfect for a weekend away. The area was very quiet and private. We were close to lots of hiking trails and Iron Fish Distillery is only a few minutes away. ”

“Property was just as advertised and very clean throughout. Host was always available if any questions came up. Very nice peaceful setting backing up through pines and the golf course. Would definitely stay here again and I recommend this property whether for a small family or a couple looking for a nice getaway.”

“Older place, did not feel super clean. Definitely need to bring your own toiletries. But was fine for just passing by.”

“I would definitely stay there again, great property and area I had one of the best birthdays ever there! Highly recommend!!”

“This studio was smaller than represented in the pictures so it’d be a better space for a solo traveler. Also the power went out and we contacted the owners first thing in the morning asking if there was a breaker we can access or reset but did not receive a response until I followed up again in the evening. I would have appreciated some sort of communication. Everything provided in the space was very bare bones - one towel per person, one flat pillow per person. The mattress, pillows, bedsheets,……

“Very awesome”

“Not many cabins can be rented with a hot tub restaurant and bar nearby. Perfect”

“The place was perfect. Equipped, clean, and private, yet staying there alone as a woman, I felt completely safe. Check in was easy and the price was EXCELLENT. The place was wonderful!!!”

“Throughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean and cozy. Will stay again. Close to the Tippy Dam recreation area. Only down fall was no washer/dryer”

“Don’t let the exterior photo fool you! This place is very nice inside!! Worked great for two of us and the dog. The bathroom is a bit awkward but otherwise everything was very clean and comfy! We would stay again for sure!”

“House was very clean with a great view of the lake. Bathroom is a a little small. We enjoyed our time both inside and out (air quality warning due to Canadian wild fires moved us inside a couple of days). We did spend time in the lake and the sandy bottom was great for walking in. The fire pit and patio allowed for a relaxing end of day. 13th Street Market has excellent food at a reasonable price and is just down the road. We enjoyed our time away and recommend staying here.”

“This place was perfect. They responded right away any time I texted them. It is beautiful and clean inside. My sister and I stayed 3 nights. We loved that it was close to everything. Local eats were tasty too. Very much enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Definitely would stay here again.”

“Great spot, as advertised. Nice resort amenities nearby, perfect for a quick getaway!”

“Had a fantastic stay at this Betsie River home! Host was great and responded quickly. Location was great. It is a secluded setting but close to everything. Has plenty of amenities. Enjoyed the fire pit area complete with outdoor string lights that were really cool. Covered deck area was great while it rained a little. Foosball, disk golf and board games were super fun. Home was very clean and beautiful. Had everything a home needed. Plenty of dishes, utensils, toiletries, blankets, pillows and……

“Very nice house with all the things we needed. Host was very good at answering questions and responding quickly. Would definitely rent this unit again!”
