「The food was good and the restaurant was super polite, but the concierge was rude. After our luggage didn’t fit into the luggage locker, we asked what to do, the lady just said then u can’t storage it until we pointed out that there was a trolley for storage. Then she didn’t want to help but she end up helping kinda rudely」

「I like the antiques and the furniture at the lobby」

「The place is very nice and tidy, we like the relaxation room so much. It will be great if there are more foods variety in the lounge.」

「We lived in the hotel for 2 days , it was easy to find and the staffs are very nice and friendly! The room is very clean and comfortable. When I checked out, I ask for help to the staff that helped me to call the Aasofarmland to cancel the booking due to the earthquake. They help me and told me via the message here. I was so grateful for them! If I go to Ureshino Hot Springs again，I will choose the Oomuraya Ryokan for sure!」

「Air conditioner is very bad，can't control temperature 空調很差,房間有味，不夠涼，不能調風或溫度 員工並不貼心，只跟規則 早餐不錯 breakfast is good」
