Great location, clean and tidy. No safe in the room! (Not sure how this would go down with travel insurance if you had items stolen. Unlikely in Japan, but not impossible) Shower over bathtub is not as good as many of the newer hotels walk in showers. It’s easy to get to on the tram from the train station, just be aware if it is any kind of holiday or festival, the tram will be rammed and you will have to wait a long time for it. Made worse if you have luggage. So get a taxi if that’s the case.

長崎には週一で2泊する際は何もなければフォルツァさんに泊まってます。今回も宿泊させて頂きました。まず2日目ホテルに戻ってきてトイレをみたら掃除がされてませんでした。紙は三角に折ってましたが、、、。ただ清潔感が高いことが気に入っていたのでかなりショックでした。もちろん掃除して下さいをドアには貼ってました。2日目はトイレ掃除しない決まりなら仕方ないですが。あと風呂の給湯温度が低いので浴槽に貯めても寒くて風邪をひくかと思いました。しかしながらスタッフさんの言葉遣いや対応は素晴らしいと思います

Great hotel with a very clean room, phenomenal breakfast and very friendly staff. It is conveniently next to the tram station that is about a 10m ride to the shinkansen station (can also walk). Nice location, there is plenty of shopping and food in the surrounding area.
