「I really like their breakfast really fresh and made to order, I have stayed there twice already and on my second stay I booked a Balconie suite but since the fro t desk girl was new she had already given it to someone else who arrived earlier than me I was given a room with view to the inside and that is not what I had payed for.」

「Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel, ambas ocasiones por viaje familiar. El hotel es muy limpio y el personal atento. Está muy cerca de la entrada a la mina y también a la taquilla del teleférico. Caminando cerca de 10 mins llegas a la plaza principal de la ciudad (está de subida, entonces considerarlo si vas con personas mayores que la caminata puede ser pesada). A diferencia de la vez anterior, el desayuno era buffet y recuerdo todo estaba delicioso, en esta ocasión fue...

「Gran lugar para hospedarse, las habitaciones son cómodas y amplias, el personal muy amable, el restaurante tiene comida muy rica y la atención es excelente, la ubicación está de maravilla porque queda cerca el centro de la ciudad. 」

「El hotel está en una ubicación privilegiada ya que a unos pasos está la alameda, y caminando llegas al centro de la ciudad donde encontrarás la catedral, el teatro, museos, galerías, restaurantes, etc. Por otro lado, la habitación que nos tocó esta en excelentes condiciones y muy limpia. La atención fue de primera todo el tiempo. Muchas gracias por hacernos disfrutar mucho nuestra estancia en su hotel. Sin duda regresaremos en un futuro!! 」

「Staff at front lobby and the person at door are not welcoming.This is first hotel I have been to where the staff do not greet you. The wifi did not reach the room I stayed in, which the hotel should not put people in that room if they know this is a problem. Also if you are a deep sleeper and can sleep with noise, this is your hotel, other wise DO NOT STAY HERE!」

「Muy amble el personal todos me quedé dos noches la primera ves muy bonito el hotel buena localización pero no avía control de la TV cuando le abría la regadera se tiraba agua hacia el toiler.la segunda vez me toco un cuarto muy bonito y todo estaba en buena condición.El desayuno muy delicioso.」
