The house consists of several apartments spread over three floors, connected by an external staircase and an internal staircase. It is ideal for larger families or groups of friends who want to spend their vacations together. Several beautiful terraces complete the relaxunngs factor here.



Refresh yourself in the spacious pool or relax throughout the day with a good book on the deck chair and complement your evenings by preparing delicious barbecue dishes with a good glass of wine.



Explore the center of Zadar, where you will find the world famous attractions "Sea Organ" and "Greeting to the Sun" and enjoy numerous cultural events, concerts and folk festivals. The terraces of numerous restaurants invite you to enjoy the delicacies with smells of excellent Mediterranean cuisine. Zadar region is an area of colorful nature, karst phenomena, beautiful beaches and secluded coves in the shade of pine trees, and also offers several beautiful national and nature parks.
