Modern apartment near Zadar

My wife and I stayed overnight at this property as we traveled from Split to Zagreb. We spent the morning in Zadar before driving on. Mario was great and kind. The property was outside of the center, but is near a bus line if transportation is needed to visit the center.

Viimeisen päälle oleva asunto, josta löytyy tilaa suuremmallekin porukalle. Jokainen huone on siisti ja uudenkarhea. Sopii hyvin myös pitkäaikaiseen majoittumiseen. Ilmaista parkkitilaa löytyy talon edestä. Asunnolta lyhyt automatka Zadarin vanhaan kaupunkiin ja lähellä on myös Tommy-ruokakauppa, josta voi hakea ruoat ja kokata ne asunnolla. Henkilökunnan sai tavoitettua puhelimitse ja avaimien saaminen ja luovuttaminen onnistui kätevästi heidän antamillaan ohjeilla.

Great if you can totally manage on your own.

Great place for people who can be totally independent and have a car. Large, clean, very well kept apartment which had one queen bed and two singles. No elevator. Good WIFI. Nicely equipped kitchen. But management does not seem to understand that the clients are tourists. For instance, there's a washing machine but no soap. There's a dishwasher but no soap. There's an oven, but no oven mitts. As a tourist, I don't plan on having to buy all the little necessities. I still give it 10 out of 10 because these things can easily be fixed. Absolutely no interaction with management, so should not expect suggestions for restaurants, nearby attractions or any guidance of any kind.

Our family of 4 stayed in the Red apartment for 14 nights from mid to end of July. The apartment was very spacious, with air con in each bedroom and the living area. The balcony area overlooks the sea so gave lovely sunset views (can get quite hot and sunny on the balcony in the afternoon - even with the canopy down). The apartment has all the main kitchen facilities we wanted - stove, oven, fridge (with small freezer compartment), kettle, dishwasher etc and the washer came in extremely useful. As we tended to cook and eat in, we did feel that there were some 'basic' kitchen utensils that we would have liked eg. tin opener, scissors, wooden spoon, larger salad bowl etc, but we managed with the equipment that was there. Note that although washing up liquid is provided you need to supply your own washing detergent. There is also a limited supply of dishwasher tablets, toilet paper and liquid soap in the bathroom. The outside chairs were a little 'tired' and we managed to split the base material of one of them, but this was quickly replaced when I contacted Mario. The apartment is in a residential area around 40mins walk from Zadar old town. There are several small shops (including a bakery) and a reasonable sized Tommy's supermarket all within 5mins walk. There is ample car parking space by the apartment. With it being a residential area, we did find that it was often fairly noisy in the evening with children playing and dogs barking, but would definitely recommend!!

Ist ein schönes gutes Apartment Haus, mit eigenen Parkplätzen. Wir hatten das Apartment im Erdgeschoss, 3 Zimmer mit Bad und Terrasse, schöne Möbel bequeme Betten im Wohnzimmer, gross, Einbauküche mit wasserkocher und im jeden Zimmer kilma, Bad auch sehr gut, nicht eng und modern. Der self check-in sowie der self check out problemlos, über Email mit dem Besitzer Mario kontaktiert reibungslos, alles gut und nur ca 2bis 3 km vom Zentrum von zadar entfernt, wir haben uns wohl gefüllt

Excellent stay and well located for car or bus

Bery nice stay located 5min away from everything you need whether it be a super mall, zadar cite center, general stores etc. We had the top apartment which is excellent equiped with everything you need. The only downside we had was a noisy bed :) (the children beds did not have this). Excellent price quality!

좋음~렌트카이용시 추천

정말 좋았습니다. 중심가에서 차로 천천히 10분 걸려요. 신축이라 너무 깨끗하고 주방, 세탁기, 건조기(화장실에 작은 라디에이터), 각방과 거실에 냉난방 에어컨이 따로 있고요. 가까이에 마트 있어요. 가족여행시 추천합니다.

Ótimo apartamento tufo novo!

Ótimo apto espaço enorme para 4 pessoas são dois quartos, área residencial, para quem está de carro pois fica a 5 minutos de carro do centro. Mesa com seis cadeiras, todas as facilidades na cozinha, varanda, ar condicionado, garagem free. Excelente apartamento

Place was nice and clean and inexpensive Uber ride to the prominade and next door to a top notch bakery. Check in was difficult as there’s no service desk and no one answered the phone number provided on the reservation.
