This apartment is ideal location that is very near to the sea and all Zadar attractions of the old town.Situated on seaside promenade, with direct views of the Sea Organ installation and Zadar's famous sunsets.
You cannot get closer to the sea and all of the main attractions and highlights of Zadar Old Town with Sea Organ and Salute to the Sun right outside.
Stylish, bright, modern design.
You can listen to the Sea Organ and view Zadar's famous sunsets from the balcony.

Sea Organ Vibes

On our second visit to Zadar we wanted to see and hear the Sea Organ. This incredible apartment and location did that 24/7. Absolutely loved the experience.

Beautiful apartment and location

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. The owners were very helpful and made sure our stay was good. The location was close to old town and yet we could see the Adriatic. The two terraces were nice to have and we used both all the time. Nice sized apartment and very secure

Best location

This is close to everything and has a beautiful view. This was the most we spent on a place to stay but it was worth it. I have to say that the beds are pretty hard. Everything else five stars.

Great view, perfect location and Loris was the best host!

A very comfortable apartment in the heart of old Zadar! Enjoyed a glass of wine looking out at the Adriatic and above the Sea Organ....highly recommended. Across the road from the swimming stairs and close to some good restaurants.... thank you Loris for your hospitality!

Perfect location, perfect apartment

The apartment was brand new. Lovely view/people-watching from either balcony. Great beds. Air conditioning worked really well. Perfectly clean! Great location just near the Sea Organ. You could pop out to suntan on the boardwalk and jump right in the water in front of the apartment with a ladder to climb out. Easy to get to restaurants and sights in old town. Mr. Loris was extremely helpful with advice and researching information for us about boat rental, etc. We highly recommend!!

I have been renting condos on the island of St. Maarten for years to people on holiday yet I always stay in hotels at brands where I know exactly what I am getting. I am very picky and never wanted to risk staying in an apartment. Since traveling in Croatia with my sister and her two kids, I decided to try renting an apartment. Wow was I impressed. This property is beautiful and must have been recently renovated. It is very contemporary and could not have been better located. If you are considering a rental apartment in Zadar, do yourself a favor and book this property.
