I liked chatting with the hotel, his history in Germany vs Croatia. The breakfast is excellent with many choices of healthy food. Nice swimming pool. I’d stay there again.

Luka (Luca?)), son of the owners met us at reception and carried our bags up to our suite, recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner, and the next morning, came up and carried our suitcases back down to ground level. A delightful young man. The room was beautiful, as was the view from the spacious deck, and the included breakfast. I highly recommend this property.

Super stay at Villa Liburnam. Very clean and quiet. Fantastic breakfast. Quite a long walk into Zadar Old Town - 25 minutes and buses not very reliable.

This is a family run hotel about 2 km from old town. Uber and Bolt can take you to old town for about 5 euro but we walked. The hotel owners live on site - they are friendly and provide excellent assistance whenever needed. The room is serviced daily - this was not something we experienced elsewhere in Croatia and we were so appreciative. It made the hotel so much more enjoyable for us to come back to a clean room. The pool is clean and refreshing. The daily included breakfast is incredible with a cook on site to make eggs and crepes. The shower in room 9 is hot, with a hand wand and large. The bed is comfortable and we enjoyed the balcony over looking the pool. Parking is easy, on site and free. I recommend a day trip to nearby town of Nin. The breakfast room has an incredible view of Zadar.

Struttura nuova, ben fatta, stanze spaziose. Unico appunto direi che c'è da migliorare la illuminazione esterna. Quando si rientra la sera poca luce nella parte del residence Mirabilis.

Highly recommend Villa Liburnum. It is immaculate. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Pool area stunning, breakfast fabulous. It is a 30 min walk into Zadar, which is straightforward but can be very hot in the sun. Bolt is only around 5 euros and easy to get but you need to factor this in if going into town every day. Nice quiet location rather than being in the centre of things. I would definitely stay again. Thankyou.
